[b]BASE[/b]:

[b]Pistol[/b]/Small and stable, but takes a lower caliber. Semi-auto or burst fire. Short to medium range. 300 C.

[b]SMG[/b]/Small and light, but takes a lower caliber. Highest fully automatic fire rate of any other firearm, which means high recoil if the trigger is held for too long. Short to medium range. 300 C.

[b]Rifle[/b]/Long and reliable, takes varying calibers. Can have one of 4 fire rates: full-auto ((higher fire rate, higher recoil if the trigger is held for too long)), semi-auto ((lower yet more precise fire rate, lower recoil)), burst fire ((a precise yet choosey fire rate, a powerful shot of three bullets that must be shot wisely for quick targets)), or bolt-action ((a slow loading mechanic only used for high caliber bullets)). Medium range. 400 C.

[b]Sniper Rifle[/b]/Large and distant, takes a higher caliber. Usually has a small fire rate and high recoil, but has the largest range of any other firearm. Can be either semi-auto or bolt-action. Long range. 400 C.

[b]Shotgun[/b]/Can come in a short body type ((smaller, lower range)) or a large body type ((larger, higher range)), and usually has a high recoil. Takes slugs for short and large body types, but only short has shells. Pump-action. Short to medium range. 300 C.
