I've been trying to download the 2.0 patch/TTK for close to a week now and i have had no success what so ever. I have restarted my console in every way i can find, including factory restore and 'Alternate MAC address' restart. I have changed my DNS setting multiple times and i have tried re-installing Destiny all-together (including the DLCs). I've tried downloading many times only for the download to reach 27% or 52% and just stop. I've proven that it's not my internet by reinstalling everything else that was on my xbox one before i factory restored. Please help, i just want to play Destiny.

$500 million plus TTK takings, they're laughing all the way to the bank and laughing at all our posts for help. A brick wall gives better customer service than these clowns.

I have the same problem, as have many others. Bungie has your money, they don't care that you can't play.

I'm in your exact same situation. It's been close to two weeks I've been struggling to download the new 2.0 update, but Bungie refuses to acknowledge the problem in the slightest, the most they say is that "we're working on a solution" yet they'll then soon after push out an update to fix shaders or fix emblems. this really is a mockery to the community that they're more interested and focused on fixing things that people are supposed to buy then fixing the game that we're supposed to play, it really shows people that Bungie is not a company that's about the fans; rather it's all about the money.
