I didn't get the artifact from lengendary Hunter quest I got a cape instead. And now I can't get a artifact at all

Did u complete the hunter Quest line of hitting up to lvl 40, that's when Cayde will give the choice of 3 artifacts

Yea but I got a cape instead so just recently I got around 120 engrams and decripted them all at once and I a got 1 artifact

Oh okay... That's weird, when I did my warlock quest line they gave me one, but I guess it all worked out cuz u got one in the end
