How does this help the players who first ran into issues in pre-ordering Taken King. Then were able to purchase Taken King via the Xbox live market place on 15SEP, but have yet to receive a code to redeem to access the Taken King content?
I cannot speak for anyone else, but I have been loyal to Destiny since the Beta. Pre-Ordered Destiny. Pre-Ordered both Expansions. Attempted repeatedly to Pre-Order Taken King. All I have for the $44 dollars I paid is a confirmation email from Microsoft stating that I purchased Taken King. Along with a billing page under my Microsoft account stating that I purchased Taken King. No code, and no access to the Taken King content. How is Microsoft or BUNGiE going to make this right? Four days have past and again all I have is a email saying I bought something.

Day four or five depending on how you look at it, and no response from BUNGiE or Microsoft concerning my purchase of Taken King. Again I have a emailed receipt from Microsoft, and it shows I purchased Taken King in my Microsoft account billing section... Though I still have yet to receive a redeemable code. I am starting to feel robbed, and starting to feel I should talk to my lawyer. I know you are busy, but this is a little ridiculous. There are a lot of people here that need a resolution. I just hope someone is working on it. Someone owes the players compensation for the inability to use the content they purchased. I am going to contact Microsoft again... at least they reply, and at least they give me the ability to talk to someone about this travesty. -Still Frustrated!
