I've purchased the 40 dollar version of TTK and I am able to use it but my brother is not though we share the same console. When I look in the playstation store it says I need to repurchase it. When I open this it then tells me it is unable to be purchased at this time. Please help!

you may have more than one active console on that profile

that should not matter if they are on the same console. I buy games on one account and play on another and the account is on 2 ps3s

yeah not sure how that works. I game share with a friend and have an extra account on my ps4 that only works for destiny but not any of the other games I have that I game share with my friend.
