I have 0 legendary marks. Weren't my vanguard/crucible marks suppose to convert?

Endless issues, so disappointing. Also have the same problem.

They were never going to be converted to legendary marks. Your old marks have been turned into commendations in your inventory that you can use for rep. That's it.

I had 200 in Vanguard and 130 in Dead Orbit that just went MIA.
