I pre ordered TTK digital download on XB1, and didn't receive any of the rewards. I have tried looking for the extra content in my games and apps after selecting manage game, but they don't show up. I have hard reset my system, even uninstalled everything, and then reinstalled and updated. Still nothing. I have been a loyal Bungie, and Destiny franchise fan from the beginning. I pre ordered the original destiny a full year in advance before it released, and have bought every expansion since. What do I have to do in order to receive the items? The only thing I did receive was the Weapons Pack and SUROS Arsenal Pack download, which also don't show in game. Nothing else that was promised for in game rewards show either. Help me Bungie! You're my only hope.......
