I've sat here for almost two hours talking to Microsoft trying to fix my issue ( only some of the Taken King - Collector's Edition downloading. ) Finally, we came to the conclusion it was on your side BUNGIE and now I'm upset with what I'm seeing. A lack of support for an issue that should never arised. You dont put something out unless you know it is going to have minor issues. Not 100's where some people can't even play Destiny (wouldn't download Destiny(full game) or the dlc packs). This has wasted my time and everyone else's who is having the same issue. I'm very disappointed in you. I expect more.

How about allowing all people who have a deep passion for this game be able to play. Bungie please fix the Collectors Edition Code bug. Honestly getting more people to play before fixing bugs should be more important.

Don't expect more from them, TTK is the biggest DLC yet and there are people enjoying the content right now and those are the people they care about. Bungie gives 2 shits about the people who are having problems.
