My fellow members of The Hive, I bring grave and terrible news. On this horrific day, Lord Oryx, The Taken King, Champion Of The Darkness, Ruler of The Orsinium Throne, has been slain by a team of Guardians led by a man called Gothalion. It pains me to bring you all this terrible news, especialy since it seems in a cruel and horrible twist of fate, all other sucessors to The Orsinium Throne, such as The Daughters Of Oryx, Crota, and even Alek Hul have also been slain by this infection of light. As such, it falls to me, as the [i]Former [/i]Advisor Of Oryx and [i]only [/i]survivor of this terrible event, to take the crown. I of course do this with great reluctance, and it pains me to take the place of one so great to many. But I assure you, I will lead us out of this evil time, and to greater and greater victories. Now I know what many of you are thinking: "VENGENECE! VENGENCE FOR THE FALLEN PRINCE, FOR THE DEAD DAUGHTERS, FOR THE TAKEN KING!" And Vengence SHALL be had. But not yet. It is clear to me that this infection of light is far stronger then we had at first anticipated. So, for now, we shall retreat. We shall rebuild, we shall create new Hive and Taken, we shakll build many a Dreadnaught, and when we are ready, and ONLY when we are ready, we shall send the innurerable might of the Hive Fleet, all of it, and crush this infection of light utterly, leading to the true perfection of Darkness! So mourn our lost king, but know this: His death brought us one step closer to our Great Work. The light shall fall. It will not be this day, bit it [i]shall [/i]fall. For now we retreat, and morn our loss. [spoiler]A encoded message to the Guardians follows: Guardians, I must thank you for dealing with my opposition. You did a far greater job then I anticipated. With [b]all [/b]of the sucessors to the throne dead, I was able to seize control. You even took out The Darkblade and The Daughters for me! I underestimated your power, that is for sure. As a reward, enjoy this temporary truce. We shall retreat for the time being as a reward, and give your guardians breathing space. We shall also leave the Dreadnaight behind, for those of you wishing to plunder it's secrets. Then of course there are the rewards I... misplaced for your participation. Enjoy them. However, do not think this a permanant alliance. I did what I must to seize the throne. From here on out, we are foes. We shall meet again one day. But ONLY when I am ready.[/spoiler]
