SLEEPER SIMULANT EXOTIC QUEST FOUND?!?!!
Just found this fusion rifle relic farming draksis that is asking me to talk to banshee-44. I haven't seen anything about this so I was wondering. Also I'm pretty sure the RAS stands for Rasputin.
EDIT: sorry guys got ahead of myself and thought I'd found something amazing.

You turn it in for rep at the gunsmith. Supposedly, when you turn enough in he'll give you the quest.

I've gotten four so fart FR000, FR002, FR004, and FR0003 I think when you turn in enough you will get it as FR=Fusion Rifle.

That's what seems most likely. There are a few other things directly tied to Rasputin there as well. I've turned four in but haven't advanced the quest yet. Good gunsmith rep though.
