A new beginning chapter 2

Now that the Taken King has arrived I would like to give Bungie some feedback. ● The questification of everything was excellent. For me, it gave me incentive to go back and play the original content again. My only concern is what happens when every quest is complete? There will be this big empty space and a desire to do something new. ● The amount of new quests, which include story, strikes, and crucible is good to go. Much more than the dark below or house of wolves. So thank you for that. ● The story portion is short and went by incredibly fast. It is what it is. I know that there is end game content, but damn, that didn't take long at all. ● I liked having more cinematics and voice work done by all the characters from the tower. More of this please. ● The gunsmith is relevant! Outstanding. Not only does he give you weapons to test and then request, but I'm getting legendary rewards for ranking up. A great addition! ● So I ranked up with the Cryptarch and all he gives me is a rare engram? That sucks. I'm not whining. Nor do I think I'm entitled to something. I just was used to getting legendaries and now he's backed off and handing out rares. ● The dreadnought. I want to thank all those involved in bringing us the dreadnought. Having said that, it's drab and dead. Lifeless if you will. I feel like maybe this once was a ship that served another function, but was taken and repurposed by the hive. The thing is, there's no history there under the hive stuff. It's just drab and dull. It would have had a much cooler factor to see technology peeking out from under the hive secretions or whatever it is that they cover everything with. ● This does indeed feel like a new beginning for Destiny. Some people are pissed about that. And some people aren't. I would ask, as I always do, for better communication between you, Bungie, and us, your paying customers. They way that this was handled in regards to cutting non taken king players out of the game was sneaky and underhanded. Why sneaky and underhanded? Because you waited until right before launch to announce the requirement of have TTK to level past 34 and you didn't announce the effects of not purchasing until yesterday's update. Not good. ● That's all I have for now. Stay tuned for chapter 3.
