So I finally got it to work, i don't know if this works for every one but I went to [b]Game Data Utility[/b] and deleted the entire destiny updates. Then i downloaded them back by just loading up the game and it'll ask you to update and I was able to keep playing. Even though it took me 3ish hours to do it I still got to play :)
