i know you guys are hard at work figuring out this error code 80070057, but im experiencing this error code: 800700E8.
I pre-ordered the game through bungie.net's link to xbox live. I purchased the Taken King for me and my fiance for the 360. the 15th rolls around, we take care of any updates and downloads we need to and......we cant play the taken king content. we can play just fine on the xbox one, which we didn't purchase for, but everytime we try to do anything taken king related on the 360, it tells us we dont have it.we contacted Microsoft on the issue and they said something along the lines of the servers were failing due to numerous downloads and told me they would get in contact once i was able to download the content proper onto my 360. Until that time, though, my 360 has a "Content not available" sitting in my download history where the taken king should be sitting.
I know you are all very busy, but please....when you get a moment, please look into this. Thank you

I have the same problem, if you go on your Microsoft account on a computer, it will show that you have bought the game and own the license, under you purchase history, but under download history it's going to show "unknown title" basically the Xbox can't recognize what it is. Even after getting a refund and downloading it all over again, it still pops up that way. It's definitely a Bungie problem that Microsoft can't fix for us. All we can do is wait and see what Bungie dose
