If you got the Legendary Edition then the actual download for it is the entire game, which obviously takes a while because it's huge. If your download was fast, chances are you didn't actually download it yet. That was the problem I had, hence I had to reinstall the entire thing again. Contact xbox support on their chat if you don't fix it, it's the best thing you can do
