People can read , people that play many mmo's know the EULA is brought up time and time again in arguements to defend their precious developers decisions. Do you agree or disagree that it's an Underhanded tactic by Bungie/Activison to Block, remove, take away content people have already paid for unless they buy the next DLC ? If you think it's wrong , then bringing up the legal blabber about their right to do whatever they want is just supporting bungies unethical business tactics . And just gives them all the power going forward in the future to continue to pull more and more "Area's of Grey " type stunts to work around people not wanting to BUY every DLC or add on or expansion. And also people not wanting to pay a monthly Subscription, And that is what Destiny boils down to , you have to pay a lump sum every few months instead of a Monthly sub to continue to access All the content you previously paid for . If you agree and support these types of maneuvers by bungie and activison than that's your choice , but since you can read and you can see it is an area of Grey, I'm sure you can also get a sense of what way this could go in the future for other game developers as another means to nickel and dime their playerbases . I personally do not support it . Bungie is Not hurting for Cash . There is no justiification for this except for Greed . Other game companies and developers are making money hand over fist without these heavy handed tactics ,

  • This is a video game, you are not Mortgaging a home here , you do not go to Gamestop and get taken into to a private room with bankers and lawyers and have to read through , initialize, and sign 10 pages of legal documents Yes you sign the EULA you initial time playing the game , in the Past the Eula was just there as a legal means for the company to protect itself from a lawsuit, its only in the last 10 years in MMO (type) games has the Eula been brought up repeatedly to brow beat players into shutting up over any opinions they have on the developers decisions . When is the last time you heard " man I am excited for these 10 new games coming out, but I need to read each and every legal document on them before I even think of purchasing them " ? Oh right,,, chances anyone has ever said or heard those word about buying a Video "Game" in the last 20 yers = ZERO
