PS4 ok I've been having issues with destiny for last 3 weeks I had to reinstall destiny have to reinstall in destiny and updating it completely I have both expansion packs 1 & 2 it says installing game content and I'm matter what I try it always gets stuck at 38% or 6.13 and never goes any higher I tried deleting and reinstalling I have tried pretty much everything PlayStation Network says its Bungie's servers but today I deleted it and installed the demo just on a whim I am allowed to play the demo which is limited but not allowed to access my expansion packs can you please help me
