Two physical copies of the Legendary edition installed on two separate Xbox Ones, with two different Xbox Live Gold accounts. Weapon pack shows as installed on both under "manage game", but appears to unlock nothing in game. No mail with Suros emblem / shader, no Suros weapons showing up on the Vanguard Quartermaster on either console/account. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling weapon pack add-on. Destiny application has been closed and restarted. This download appears to unlock nothing in the game on the Xbox One. These were fresh Destiny installs on consoles that didn't have it prior. Other Taken King content appears to be functioning correctly (i.e. can use Spark of Light and go do TTK missions, access other DLC missions, etc.). I know what it's *supposed* to look like, because I *also* bought (pre-ordered) a physical Legendary edition (at the same time as the Xbox One copies) for PS4, and it works there... had Destiny previously on the PS4, however. Hope this info helps, because there is a problem here other than people not knowing where to look for the stuff.
