I was pre-odered The Taken King (xone) with bonus weapons, but in game add-on is unavailable. When i try purchase TTK ingame store, i see the window with text that i already purchased it. In game managment there is no element witk TTK, but bonus armor is there. I was contact Xbox support, they told me that is Bungie's issue.
