You are a "Logical God", seriously. I feel this needs to be pinned.

Lol, they're really not though. Stuff in eulas and tos can still be deemed illegal. Contracts get overturned on a daily basis. Just because you signed something doesn't make it legally ironclad. You kids make me laugh.
-
Has anyone actually sued bungie yet because of this shit?
-
Don't know, have they?
-
No, so I guess that accounts for something then
-
Does it? What does it account for?
-
That, out of all the belly-aching about the "legality" of Bungie's ToS, not a single person has A) filled a lawsuit or B) successfully made a case against the company. Bungies ToS has been merely tweaked upon, not changed, since then and any legality issues would have arose way before now... and im only basing that on the general "trigger-on-finger" attitude on these forums.

Edited by Hettar393899: 9/18/2015 7:51:26 AMIt's been less than a week you retard. You think lawsuits just fall out of peoples butts? Do you know what, specifically (Read that last word again you mouth breather) entails "successfully making a case against the company"? Guess what cockstain, takes TIME. Courts aren't exactly speedy animals.
-
Yes, in fact that do just "fall out of peoples butts" here in America. So, what I said holds ground.
-
OK, how does that disprove what I said? Because it doesn't, I was merely pointing out that a EULA means very little in real legal terms. Try again, but this time focus on what I actually said not what you imagine I said, ok?
-
Same goes to you, I never said anything about disproving what you said. Just an interjection.
-
Someone would have tried to sue, and lose the case by now.
Right there you did, try again.
-
Um, no? what drugs are you on?
-
Um yes, just a bit of weed thanks. You said someone would have tried to sue by now, clearly saying that I was wrong in what I originally said as no one had sued yet. At least try dude, seriously.
-
Try what? Arguing with you? Because, that's not gonna happen. It was a statement, not an answer to yours. an addition to what I said that got chopped up by your response. OUT.OF.CONTEXT. And weeds not a drug...
-
Really, so cannabis isn't a drug now, ok....... I guess were into the realms of fantasy now. It was in direct response to me so how is that out of context? And here is more proof, not that it's needed by anyone but you, for some reason.
any legality issues would have arose way before now.
Clearly saying that the ToS must be ironclad. Seriously, at least try dude, at least put a little thought into what you're saying.
-
Clearly that states "any legality would have arose by now" and that is it. What's wrong with you people?
-
Ha ha ha, it's ok, I know you can't admit to your mistake. Lots of you kids have no fortitude these days.
-
Edited by Shadowspriter21: 9/18/2015 9:48:53 AMHuh, ain't that ironic? Go smoke a bowl, I think your getting sober on me.
-
I'm sure you spoke then, it's just you said nothing so I'm not certain.
-
Someone would have tried to sue, and lose the case by now.
-
God I hope you can't have children. Seriously.
-
Oh no!
