I'm having a problem with what I believe is an artifact bug. I've reached level 40 but the artifact slot is still locked. Not sure if this a known bug or just something I've run into.

hey, i don't remember when i got my first one, but it just happens as a drop or reward. being "locked" at level 40 isn't a sign that something is broken. it just means you haven't found or received on yet. i hope this is answer you were looking for.
