I bought the digital collectors edition, tried your solution a few times but didn't work. Thanks for helping out some of us though, Bungie is being a bunch of dicks

Actually this directly Step 6. Click on the Image of Destiny TTK next to where it says buy. Step 7: Select Install. Step 8: Enjoy. Is where i get stuck. There is no image next to where it says but. Hmm

Hey I was having the same problem. If you go past the "compatible with" picture and click on add ons (right of picture) then select normal edition you should be able to install from there

I was having the same issue as you. Under add ons for the game there was the add on for the digital upgrade edition with a link to install, not buy. I thought that looked interesting, clicked and it worked. I had a physical copy, not a digital one so this was a very strange fix. I hope it helps you. So frustrating...
