So i have been in contact with Microsoft they are saying that if you have purchased the DLC and redeemed the code but it doesn't show under Destiny this is a common problem apparently. They have been able to verify that i used the code but informed me Bungie is working to fix the issue. So to patiently wait and to not uninstall the game and try again or purchase another code. So we will see what happens.
