My bad, I misunderstood what you meant in your OP; I thought you were referring to the dlc as a whole.
If it makes you feel any better, there is hardly any reason to have that content. Do your bounties and quests, you can reach 40 in a day or two. As for subclasses, you can level them pretty easily.
A buddy of mine got that $20 pack and he absolutely regrets it

pretty much people who just bought collector edition just to get that upgrade for dances emotes and exotic class item early get rip off since they not only did not get what they wanted but spent money on something they already had also its not discounted when a $20 content is missing which also is false advertising so pretty much should be sued for because it say it is included!
