I pre-ordered the digital download version of TTK on my 360, I got the confirmation email and it is in my recent purchases. but, when I go to my recent downloads, it says that the content is not available. How do I fix this? I've been waiting for a reliable solution for two days, so if you know what I can do to fix this let me know. Please?

I ended up just buying it through the in game prompt and then having Microsoft refund me for the first one. It sucks but it worked for me

I'm the same, bought it and "nothing" just offers me to purchase again

I have had the same issue, and when I contacted Microsoft they said they couldn't do anything and that you would have to contact the developers about this issue...
