Today I was doing some patrols for a TTK quest and when I was getting out from the refinery building, on the stairs, I got stuck in a loading transition zone. Waited almost 3 minutes and nothing happened, still no load only the "loading" word on the screen and the spinning circle. I could rotate over myself but I couldn't move from that spot. Tried to kill myself shooting the feet but guns didn't work, tried to jump, nothing. So I decided to get to orbit as seemed the only thing working.
After getting to orbit I tried to return to the cosmodrome but for some unknown reason I received the message "couldn't connect to destiny servers". I checked my network and it was working fine. I decided to log out from the game. After logging out from Destiny I soft restarted my Xbox One.
Tried to connect to Destiny again and this time I could get to the part where I choose which character I want to use but after that I received the message: "Attention. You have lost connection to the Destiny servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere. Well, my XBLive subscription is active and I only have this console so I never used my Destiny profile anywhere else.
I really don't know what's happening but I'm unable log into Destiny. Maybe my session didn't closed properly or maybe something happened with that loading problem.
Anyway, I would appreciate your help to correct this issue. Thanks.
