I installed TTK and 2 DLC on my Xbox One last night. content is all available to me when I connect, however my son who has his own secondary account on the Xbox One can only see TTK content. The 2 DLC is greyed out for him. Is there something that needs to be done to allow him to play the DLC on his account? My understanding of the T&C's for xbox one and xbox live is content installed on the Xbox system would be available to all family members on the account/system. Appreciate a response so I can get my son up and running. I purchased the game through game-stop. Thank you.

Kind of foolish, but I figured it out. My son had to talk to the girl under the stairs in the guardian tower. That then opened up the expansion packs for him to play under his gamer tag. He got the level 25 upgrade and everything else that I received on my primary gameer tag. Glad I was able to work with him to resolve the issue.
