It didn't happen at all when TDB was released. They added a playlist for those that had the expansion & if you didn't you couldn't access it. They did the same as the levels grew with the release of HoW. This time rather than adding they removed the additional playlists & locked it to TTK buyers as well as locked any faction rewards away from them as well. Didn't they remove a crucible playlist as well? I bought it as well and am loving it but I'm not going to sit there & pretend what they did wasn't a dick move.
