Bungie i bought TK on 360 now iT is not working on the one.
IT does transfer all weapon And i can even use my new class but still iT tells me i have to buy TK again ???
Please tell me i Dont have to buy iT twice

You'll have to buy TTK for the Xbox One. They have discontinued the program for TTK and future expansions that allowed for 360 version to move to the Xbox One.
