DONT DISMANTLE YEAR ONE LEGENDARIES YET!!!
So my thoughts are that if Bungie takes the same path as they did last year which implemented a perk to raise ATK/DEF values to the highest of year one, that they could possibly do the same thing this year. Just food for thought if you want to be a beautiful snowflake
