Good thing you still own the physical CD then! Also, no it's not like that at all. A CD is a physical commodity. Destiny is not. You paid for a liscence to access Destiny. The game will change and require additional payment to acces that content, even content you may have previoudly had access to. Read the EULA you blindly clicked accept to. There would probably have been one on that CD as well, not that you would've read it anyway.
