I bought a car I bought it in cash and I've owned it with no debt for a year. Suddenly the dealership tells me I need to buy a super x1 turbo package to make the car better or else I can't drive the car. Even though the turbo package would make the car better I don't really need it or want it but since I didn't buy it they impounded the car.
Do you get it now?
But you can still drive the car: you just can't use the turbo drive.

But he says you can't drive the car? Or maybe that was later edited in.

No, they aren't keeping you from driving it. They simply raised the speed limit everywhere and made the roads awesome, but you're salty that your vanilla car won't keep up with the "super x1 turbo package" Your car drives just fine. The roads are just a lot more lame now that they have improved them. What content did they take away from you?

You do need to pay for maintenence tho
-
You can drive the car, some things are just falling off because your paid $60 for it and expected it to last for years.

Edited by chaissyp: 9/17/2015 6:04:30 PMI bought golden eye on Nintendo 64 an that game lasted 14 years. That's how a game should be. But, seems today because of people like you with no principle, who has a hand up his ass, you'll just give them your money and be okay with "renting" a game. Hope you have the same opinion this time next year when you sink another $140 in the game you already paid $140 for. Oh $140= $40 for each dlc & $60 for year three content.
-
Okay, there are people who pay this much or more for expansions AND $10-15 per month subscription fees. You bought an MMO. You'll still be able to play Skyrim the exact same in 14 years. You won't be able to find people to keep the servers running here. It's a different world.
-
What's servers?!?!?! You mean the shitty servers that lead to errors and lag every -blam!-ing day? Those severs?
-
Yeah, haven't had any of that in weeks. Get better internet
-
Have great internet. I played the crucible everyday last week and the matches lagged almost every time. I know, I know... Because it didn't happen to you, means it didn't happen to anyone else either. Btw, how much of Bungie's dick can you fit in your mouth?
-
14 years worth, give or take. I could have spent $140 on a football ticket or $140 on this game that albeit lacking a story until just recently, brought me hundreds of hours of fun.
-
Well you clearly don't get it. Buying a car, a product, a physical commodity which you can claim as an asset, is not the same as a liscense to access a digital platform. Sources: the EULA you clicked accept to without reading.
-
I bought the dlc I really don't care just making a point for people who didn't and simply playing devils advocate
-
No, the turbo only gives you a better experience, you can still drive the car
-
Uh, but you can obviously still drive the car? Just like you can still play destiny? Endgame content is endgame content. It will always be tied to the latest thing. There's no other way that would make any sense.
