Just got off the phone with Sony about a refund so I can get the taken king for the PS4 instead of the PS3.
Don't know why this would be hard to do when I'm just going to buy the taken king for the PS4 with the $40.00 I used to pre-order it on the PS3. No lost to Bungie, Activision, or Sony. The money is going to the same product but just on a different platform.
Just think it would be messed up if they would not do this, to make ppl buy it twice because of a misunderstanding or a mistake in purchasing is wrong.

Was not aware that march/ 21/ 2015 was the last day for transfers from PS3 to PS4.

Same problem here bud, bought iT on 360 now i have a one copy aaaaand Nope i have to buy iT again. IT does let me use my new unlocked class tough strangely enough

Don't ask for a refund that way, complain how they removed content from year one that you paid for. So much was taken out of HOW. Players are receiving refunds left and right. You have roughly a week to do so.

The people that purchased the dlc or the season pass, but never purchased TTK, have been locked out of half the content they originally paid for. Solid grounds for a refund and Sony and Microsoft are giving out refunds to those people since they can no longer play much of the games content in the way that it was originally intended.
