Hey @BungieHelp1 what about the issue with 2nd profiles on Xbox 360 STILL not being able to play??? When will all the users on the console be able to play? We paid $80 for TTK CE and only one of our two members of our family can play (we're on the same console). When will this be fixed or when can I get a refund for faulty software?
Your guys' identification of problems and communication of solutions/workarounds has been horrible. You need to step up your game and pay more attention to these forums. There is a lot of ill will being generated due the lack of response here, potentially unnecessarily.

Don't know if you've tried this- Have the first profile (the purchaser) sign in. Then on a second controller sign in another profile. Have that profile start Destiny. The first profile must stay signed in. This obviously doesn't help if you plan to use two xboxs. They've assigned the license to the profile, rather than the first ever download being tied to the console. Sets a worrying precedent for keeping family gaming affordable.

Edited by Punch: 9/17/2015 2:27:04 PMI have done that. It works. But they are going to have a lawsuit if they don't fix it. All Xbox games can be shared across the console and they are violating Microsoft's EULA if they do not conform. The fact that they are NOT responding to this issue, makes me think they are intentially being shady and trying to get people to pay for it twice. I want them to confirm one way or another so I can decide how to proceed. In the meantime I am using the workaround. which is annoying and constitutes faulty software.

I hope the no sharing across the console is a mistake and will be rectified. (I wonder if the 360 licensing was done the same as the Xbox one, where a profile sets a home Xbox. Where that functionality doesn't exist on a 360 AFAIK, it means it defaults to requiring the purchaser profile to be signed in.) Just thought I'd say about the current workaround in case you missed it.

Every other game on Xbox 360 is accessible to any profile on the Console. Games on Xbox 360 have always been tied the home console, even Destiny Year 1. I also spoke to a Mircrosofft Rep who explicity indicated that you are supposed to be able to share with profiles on the same console. I quoted him here in this thread: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/153918231/0/0/1 If its not a bug and it's intentional? Well, get ready for class-action lawsuit.
