Yeah mate I'm in the same boat. My wife preordered it for me 29th July Collectors edition for PS3 " and guess what " I play on ps4. I realized she made the mistake that same night and tried to contact PSN and went to the support section and sent an email with my problem. Following day after work checked email no reply Tried calling " phone lines are busy please hold up to ten minutes." I hang up. Send another email. Again no reply? Check my account on ps4 it shows up that my purchase went through but does not state that it's either a 3 or 4 copy. So I ASSumed they may of corrected it. Come game day " AEST " 1630pm finish work and I realize no TTK yet. No one on my friends is playing! I get told TTK starts 1900pm roll over. I call PSN last minute and yep this time I waited 15 mins before someone picked up who then was an operator from the UK ? She was rude and confirmed I purchased the PS3 copy and said it was to late to change my order to a PS4 version because game was released. I said maybe in UK, but it still hasn't kicked over in Australia. No empathy what's so ever. The rest of her answers to my questions were from a text book and you will be notified in 5-10 DAYS. Whaaaaaaat " , BUT it takes 5-10 seconds for PSN to deduct $119 from my credit card. So I didn't want to lose my bonus content either and being an impatient fook I turned my dusty PS3 on to accept my bonus content thinking I could also transfer my BONUS gear BONUS XP SUROS pack EXOTIC cape on to my ps4 account how I was wrong. Put my CAPE on and new SHADER on in PS3 version switched over to my ps4 copy and I was not allowed to access it. It said I had to purchase the PS4 TTK game again. So being the impatient FOOK I am I paid another $69 for the standard version. GUESS WHAT ? I still can not get EQUIP that exotic cape because I need to buy the PS4 TTK COLLECTORS edition.
