Exotic swords are 310 attack but other exotics are 280/290 so I'm guessing that exotic swords are the raid gear's level.

It seems to average out. Before ttk all gear and weapons were 170 so it made my light lvl 170. I think the highest damage weapon I've seen reported is 300. So my guess is the cap is 300 for now...pre-raid.
