Golden Chests reset and this disqualified all completed Triumphs and Emblem
Dear Bungie Help,
I want to share an issue that I just noticed after not receiving the Laurea Prima emblem and being under the impression that I would since I finished all Moments of Triumph. I completed the Moments of Triumph 3 weeks before the release of TTK, and was confident I would receive the Laurea Prima emblem as described. Now, I have checked the Triumph page after the release of TTK and the Golden Chest triumph was reset. I did not delete any of the characters I had, and I did complete all Moments of Triumph as I imagine one would find looking at records pre-TTK for my account.
I no longer have completion of the Triumphs and this is very disappointing to me after putting in the time to finish, for a glitch out of my control to wipe away my efforts. Can I please talk to somebody about this issue, and if my Moments of Triumph can be reset back to my completed status?

Same happened to me and they say they are working on it. However, its been days since it happened and I imagine it would be a simple fix. Very disappointed.

I had the same thing happen to me. Before the Taken King came out I made sure I had everything completed. Once the taken King came out it said I was lacking the chests as well. Bungie can this be fixed. Just like Baconneggs33 I myself put a lot of hours into the game to make sure I got that emblem. Bungie your help is needed for a lot of us. Thanks- IAMBENIAH

I have this same problem too. Everything was OK but I didin't get it. Now golden chest challenge is 0/20 and that is not true.. First you tell us that we have become legend and then this. Please help us! This is out of topic but it would be nice to show every product clearly in PS Store... My destiny is quite expensive right now.. First I pay 69€ Then expansion pass ! 35€ Then TTK 39€ Then is saw those owesome exclusives that TTK Legendary edition buyers wil get so I was like "i want that too" Booom 89€ and then my friend finds out that there is Legendary edition upgrade under 20€ if you search enough. I don't know when that Upgrade was available but its not cool to hide it under those pages.. This might be PS Store's fault but I'm sure you can do something about it. Best Regards SauliTheSuntio
