The hammer Titan is a beast. Its got the mobility of blade dancer, the effective repeated range attacks of gunslinger, the multi kill ranged potential of nova bomb and the tankiness of a sun-singer.
Hammer is without a doubt top tier. Does it need a nerf? I say give it a couple weeks don't jump to conclusions and don't call for any nerfs yet.

6 throws is the most I've seen so far, that's far superior to any other with similar characteristics

6 hammers need a perk and you need to use the hammers continuosly, and that means that you cant move a lot cause the super last about 5secs then
