Can you please explain why the standalone $40 TTK is unavailable for purchase on Xbox One? I've seen plenty of other people with my same problem and I still haven't seen any fix for it please help.

In order to buy the ttk alone, you must have purchased the two other dlcs yourself, on the same account. Stupid af but I ended up buying legendary.

I already have the two DLCs from the expansion pass, and it still says unavailable for me.

You have to own the first 2 exspantions in order to get 3 for 40
