Ok today im noticing some glitches, like I'm lvl 40 on my titan and artifacts is still locked, plus the quest for getting to lvl40 and receiving an artifact just disappeared, also yellow enemies are not dropping glimmer, also did a public event and did not recieve a postmaster package
