Suros pack is with vanguard by ship merchant. Like the previous vanguard stuff you have to pay glimmer for them.

I had Early Access to the Suros guns from the Vanguard Quarter master, But I never Received any Free ones, on any of my 3 toons.

Apparently, we can BUY the guns rom the Vanguard quartermaster. Maybe we can also buy them, dismantle them, and buy them again. ;o)
