Why wasn't it noted that the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade would NOT be available for Xbox 360 prior to the launch date? I had already pre-ordered the Legendary Edition, and decided not to cancel and purchase the Collector's Edition instead because it was stated that the upgrade would be available for $20... so now I have to buy both?... just to get the bonus items my child is so excited to receive? Very frustrating... especially since we already had Destiny and the two prerequisites to TTK... :(
