Not trying to argue but that Twitter page exists... It says that it will be available on all accounts once u buy it.

Fair enough sometimes it doesn't work for some people but pretty much what it's saying is that once u buy the ttk u will be able to play it on all accounts. I'm not making that up it says it right there in that white space when ur about to buy it...
