So, I pre-ordered the digital download on my xbox 360 and everything went well and seems to be working. The one thing that I do not see is the Weapons Pack everyone is complaining about. I have been to the post office and the Vanguard Quartermaster as suggested many, many times. Nothing has shown up. What is the deal with this? All I ever see is the stupid solution to go to the Vanguard Quartermaster. Am I the only one that cannot see or purchase the weapons?
