I'm having the same problem on PS4. I bought the physical legendary edition at GameStop, entered the codes and still nothing. Didn't even get preorder weapons. My friend who bought the physical copy is having the same issue.

Yep. That's exactly what's happening to me as well. It even shows up in my library that they've been downloaded and installed. But nothing shows up. You're supposed to be able to buy the suros weapons from the quartermaster for 1500glimmer each. But none of them even have them.
