Hi,
I pre-ordered the digital Collector's Edition and have yet to receive my Jade Rabbit Scout Rifle or any of the Legendary Armor Sets for the ps4. I participated in the events and such along with checking everything in the tower and I still have yet to receive my items. Do you know how long it will take to fix this?

You don't get that for free it's ps4 exclusive so you can get it by playing the game
