Cannot Create New Character, Currant, Port Forwarding, Hehp!
I cannot create a new character. I cannot exit orbit. I cannot play the new expensive expansion. I cannot play Destiny.
I get the currant error EVERY time I try to do anything other than look at my inventory and look at the map in Destiny.
I have spent days on this, attempting fixes on my end and reaching out to and meeting with my ISP. My building is networked by one company. They can help me open up specific ports and they have done that. But i cannot in any conceivable way open up 7500-17899 and 30000-40399 (TCP outbound). That is a logistical issue and physical one. My rent pays for my internet and I cannot lower my rent if I decide to find another ISP who will make my game work and allow me to port forward. That;s an additional monthly fee. I have played Destiny since day one and spent over $120 on the game and DLC. I really want to play the expansion.
I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING ON MY END AND WORKED FOR DAYS WITH THE ISP TO TRY AND HELP ME ON THEIR END.
In reality it is Bungie who now needs to help me. What can I do, or rather what can you do? I have tried EVERYTHING in your support articles as well as things discussed elsewhere. This is beginning to cost me far too much time, and potentially money. Someone tell me something I can do or you can do please. It is becoming stressful.
I did not pay $40 to not play a game
