now that the xbox live alert is gone I still don't have access to the content which I have purchased. I redeemed the code and it downloaded the file but the director still asks for me to purchase the content, I get the there will be issues on release of such a large DLC, but I am very displeased with this and the lack of help on this forum and lack of a specific support service to deal with these issues seeing as I have paid money and have nothing to show for it... a speedy reply and solution to this is not a request, it is a demand and an instruction you are expected to follow
