now that the xbox live alert is gone I still don't have access to the content which I have purchased. I redeemed the code and it downloaded the file but the director still asks for me to purchase the content, I get the there will be issues on release of such a large DLC, but I am very displeased with this and the lack of help on this forum and lack of a specific support service to deal with these issues seeing as I have paid money and have nothing to show for it...
a speedy reply and solution to this is not a request, it is a demand and an instruction you are expected to follow

Be happy you can download the files, I don't have that option. All I get is content not available.

upon inspecting the file it downloaded, it says its for exp 1 and 2 not ttk even tho code is specifically ttk

BUMP Same problem here for me 360. Two accounts, only one can access the TTK. We need a fix for this and soon.

Turns out it didnt matter which code you put in, you just have to put both in. I didnt use the first code cuz it said it was for tbd and how, as I already had them.

What code? I bought the upgrade and I don't remember seeing a code I needed.
