So... where is my Suros pack, Bungie?

So as you can see, I was able to pre-purchase TTK. I did so digitally on my XBOX 360 despite many sources saying that was not possible. Yet I did not get my Suros pack. The DLC itself works just fine, but no Suros pack in sight.

It was a scam, not worth it, everyone is over its oh well. Just never preorder again to avoid something like this happening.
