Regarding the golden chests, I remember clearly that I had collected all of them... 2 weeks ago I realised that in orbit when selecting patrol that it was showing that I had a few chests missing... I went back to all of the chest areas and some of them were back again so had to re do it. First time I did it was on my Titan second time was with warlock. This was on ps4 btw

No I definitely got all of them with my main guardian earth through to Mars, I've never deleted any of my guardians either. Luckily I did spot it and complete it so I've got my triumph.. But some people probably didn't realise their chests have reset somehow. And in turn have had trouble getting their triumph emblem

That's really odd, but glad it worked out. I know they were having some issues prior to New Years but idk what all was affected.

I'm pretty sure they either don't care or can't do anything. There hasn't been an update on the issue since yesterday morning.
